By accessing or using the Website, purchasing digital products, subscribing to a plan, or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, which constitute a binding agreement between you and Mockup Bureau. 2. Products

Mockup Bureau provides digital products such as design resources, including but not limited to mockups, backgrounds, textures, and other graphic design assets ("Products"). Products are provided as downloadable digital files, available either through a one-time purchase or through an active subscription plan.

3. License

When you download a Product — whether through an active subscription or a one-time purchase — you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for personal and commercial use, with no limit on the number of projects or end products, including end products created for sale. This license is subject to certain restrictions, such as not reselling, redistributing, or sub-licensing the original source files. Full details are available on our Licensing page.

4. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change at our discretion. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. By placing an order or starting a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable amount.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Some Products are available through recurring subscription plans (currently Basic and Pro). By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period unless canceled before the next renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's subscription management page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to download Products for the remainder of that period, and we do not issue partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle.

The license granted for any Product downloaded while your subscription was active remains valid for the end products you created and published during that time, even after cancellation. Downloading new Products requires an active subscription.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Products, one-time purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns, except in cases of file corruption or download errors. Subscription payments are addressed separately in Section 5 above. If you encounter any issues with your purchase or subscription, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and digital products, is the intellectual property of Mockup Bureau or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the original files in any form, except as allowed under the license described in Section 3.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

Reproducing, duplicating, or copying any portion of the Website or its Products without express written permission.

Misusing the Website or using it for unlawful purposes.

Sharing, reselling, sub-licensing, or redistributing the Products outside the terms of the license described in Section 3.

9. Account and Security

To purchase Products or subscribe to a plan, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website or your subscription at any time, without notice or liability, if you breach these Terms.

Mockup Bureau reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
